Earth Month at the MOST
Join us throughout April for a month of special programming and activities!
This April, the MOST is celebrating Earth Month every day, including a brand new Earth Day Festival here in Armory Square! Our daily activities focus on sustainability and learning about our Earth. Exhibits like our M&T Climate Kiosks and Novelis Recycling Station will be highlighted all month long.
Daily Programs
- DIY Earth Circle Book all-day MAKE activity—in Tessy Machines & Makers sponsored by Marquardt
- STEM Story Time: Save the Scraps by Bethany Stahl—11:30am daily, in STEM Story Time room
- Plant a Seed daily demonstration—2:00pm daily, in MolinaCares Media Lab
Earth Day Festival—Saturday, April 19, 10am–3pm
- Outdoor event in Armory Square around the MOST
- Activity booths from MOST and community partners
- Food trucks, music, and entertainment
- Project displays from Earth Camp participants
- SUNY ESF Summer Science Week Info Table (registration open now at most.org/camps)
Earth Camp: Exploring Sustainability Skills (Registration FULL)
- April 14–18, 9–3
- Ages 7–12, 15 camper spots
- Topics include textile upcycling, composting, recycling, protecting pollinators, #PlasticFree, rainwater collection, and more

Be the Environmental Scientist, presented by Amazon and in partnership with Barton & Loguidice
- Saturday, April 26, 9:30am – 12:30pm
- Hands-on activities about environmental science

Water Environments Classroom Kits for Educators
